All parties must be booked at least 2 week prior to the date with a paid deposit of $100. Final payment will be made on the day of the party.

Packages are for ONE birthday person - please advise staff as early as possible if you’re planning a joint birthday party

A maximum of 15 guests can fit on the 2 tables in the Glow Room and Rink Side, and a maximum of 25 can fit on the tables provided in the Function Room. Please advise if your guest list exceeds 15 so we can confirm if we will have additional chairs and table/s available - Please keep safety in mind and consider how many parents and kids will be in the one party area

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking with your guest list.

Strictly no changes can be made after Tuesday 2PM on the week of your booking. Staff will be in contact on the Sunday prior to confirm details.

Any partys that don’t confirm and have no deposit paid will be cancelled - Please note, deposits are not refundable.

No outside food or drink is allowed unless organised with staff.

Frames are not included in parties and cannot be reserved due to limited numbers and other birthday parties. There is no guarantee they will be available.

Guests may only walk on the rink in shoes if assisting a child. Anyone walking on the rink not helping someone skate will be asked to get off.

Please be advised that Maximum Skating have back to back parties. Max staff will start cleaning your party area 30 minutes prior to the end of your booking and the party area needs to be vacated by the end of your booking time.

Our rooms have security cameras, footage of any theft from our parties areas of items such as but not limited to - table decorations, party room items and decorations, extra party supplies from our cupboards and drawers etc. Will be sent straight to the police.

All rollerskates, rollerblades as well as any protective gear or frames are tied up and returned to skate hire at the end of the session.

While we provide cleaning staff to assist with the clean up of your party, any excessive mess, mess created by confetti or any vandalism, stealing or distruction of Maximum Skating property will incur a fee.

Swearing, yelling or any form of abuse will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the premises. Our team are minors and for a lot of them, this is their first job. The police will be notified if required. Please be kind!
